公司更名通知/Notice of Change of Company Name
現特此通知 閣下，自 2024 年 1 月 3 日（“生效日期”）起，本公司名稱已由「中國創富證券有限公司(Sino Opulence Securities Limited)」，更改為「霧淞資本有限公司(RIME Capital Limited)」，辦公地址維持不變。即日起公司將陸續變更所有文件、資料、發票、標誌等名稱。本公司將與各銀行處理更改銀行帳戶資料，受限於進一步通知，所有付款/支票應支付給本公司帳戶名稱為中國創富證券有限公司(Sino Opulence Securities Limited)之現有眼戶。
有關更改公司名稱事宜將不會影響 閣下於本公司已開立的戶口運作。從生效日期起，閣下已簽定的開戶文件中提及的所有義務或責任繼續存在，並對本公司具有法律約束力，閣下毋須與本公司簽署任何新的文件。

It is hereby announced that our Company Name has been changed from “Sino Opulence Securities Limited(中國創富證券有限公司)” to “RIME Capital Limited(霧淞資本有限公司)” with effective from 3 Jan 2024 (the “Effective Date”), the office address will remain unchanged. In addition to the Company name, the Company will gradually change the Company name on all correspondence, materials, invoices, logos, etc.
We will also commence very soon the process of changing our account information with our banks. Subject to our further notice to you, we request that all payments/cheques continue to be credited to or be made payable to our existing bank account(s) with the account name Sino Opulence Securities Limited(中國創富證券有限公司).
Please note that a change of Company name will not in any event affect our client relationship nor your account(s) maintained with us. As from the Effective Date, all obligations or otherwise arising for the account opening documents in respect of your account(s) which signed with us will continue to subsist andbe legally binding on us. You are not required to sign any new documents with us.
